The Massachusetts Public Records Laws provide a means for access to public documents and other information. The right of access requires that the City known as the Town of Watertown produce copies of records, allows for inspection of the records, or notification of a denial within 10 business days of the request in the absence of an extension.
All Public Records Requests are fulfilled in compliance with Massachusetts Public Record Laws, MGL, Chapter 66. Section 10 and the Acts of 2016, Chapter 121.
