On the Watertown Seal is a picture of an English Colonist and an Indian exchanging, as peace tokens,  bread for fish.  Captain Roger Clap landed at Nantasket Point in 1630 and rode up Charles River to Gerry's Landing with the first party of Watertown Colonists.

COME MEET DESTINY! Destiny, a Labrador Retriever, has been trained as a therapy dog. She volunteers at the Watertown Library and Perkins School for the Blind. She and her owner, Peg Horwitz, will be visiting us on Thursday, December 7 at 9:30 AM. Drop by and say hello!
